1. Unlimited Recipient Addresses

Importing CSV with no limit. However, overridden recipients will belong to newer collection.

2. Multiple Mailboxes Supported

MailingTool supports upto 10 mailboxes to use consecutively (BASIC: 1, PLUS: 3, PRO: 10). You need to add multiple inboxes from Gmail UI.

3. Recipient Management & Collection

Each recipient import will be treated as a Collection for quick reuse. With MailingTool tracking ability, you can filter/sort for recipients' stats such as email sent, opened, bounced.

4. AI spin

This feature will automatically use AI to rewrite text paragraphs in your content, making your content different every usage to minimize spam check.

How to use: Highlight the text you want to rewrite, the "AI rewrite" button will light up and be clickable.

Notes:

• Spin up to 5 segments

• Each paragraph should not exceed 50 words

• No line breaks

• AI spin if there is a phone number, for example {{0966370407}} will become:

  • 09663 Seven Zero Four 07

  • Zero 966 Three Seven 0407

  • Zero 96 Six Three Seven 0407

5. AI Spam Checker

This feature will automatically use AI to evaluate your original content for spam score, then if the score is higher than 60, it will propose a new format. You can revert to your original content with Ctrl+Z / Cmd+Z.

6. Personalization

The tool supports 5 placeholders as personalization variables, which means each email sent out is unique and felt personal: Sex (Gender), Title, First Name, Last Name, Name (Full).
