Question: The tool spins and stops running?

Answer: If you see the above image, there is a problem between the connection between your browser and the server (internet dropped, login session expired, using proxy or VPN,...). Please make sure and try the following steps:

  • F5 refresh page

  • Log out and log back in

  • Turn off VPN or Proxy if using

Question: Google login failed, page does not display tool interface?

Answer: If you see the image above, it means your browser is missing some tool data before logging in to Google. Please do the following:

  • Go to the correct link https://toptoptool.net/

  • Press Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R to reload the tool page

  • Proceed to log in again

Question: Does the tool run when the machine is turned off?

Answer: No

Question: Does the tool run when the computer goes into sleep mode?

Answer: No

Question: If I switch to another app on my Android phone while tool is running, will the tool still work?

Answer: No

Question: Do I have to download and install the tool like other software?

Answer: the tool runs on the web browser, you'd need to download and install Chrome Extension.

Question: The tool shows a table that limits the number of devices/tabs at the same time.

Answer: With 1 TopTopTool account you can use it with unlimited Tiktok accounts, but cannot use it at the same time.

Question: Can 1 Tool account be used on multiple devices at the same time?

Answer: No, if you want to use them at the same time, you have to buy multiple Tool accounts. For example:

  • Tool account A used on PC for Tiktok A

  • Tool account B used on phone for Tiktok B

Question: Is the extension buggy?

Answer: If you encounter the situation as shown below -> It's okay, the button is called Error, the tool still runs normally.
