After logging in, in the upper right corner, click "Purchase" or if you want to renew/upgrade the package, click the Key button with number of usage days.
Step 1: Choose to pay by Month or Year
Step 2: Choose a package
Step 3: Add Discount Referral Code (you can find it on Youtube, Tiktok)
Step 4: Choose payment method (Global or Regional)
Answer: You can upgrade to a higher tier package anytime you want. Depend on the payment method, the system will use either method A or B to upgrade your subscription:
The system will deduct the unused days from your old package, this method mostly is used for Vietnamese payment method or other region with high number denominations.
For example:
You are using the BASIC monthly package and have 19 days left, you want to upgrade to the PRO monthly package, then you will only have to pay 200,000 - (100,000 / 30 x 20) = 133,340 VND, roughly 7$.
The system will convert the unused days from your old package to equivalent of new upgrade package. This method is mostly used for Global payment methods (e.g Paypal, Stripe).
For example:
You are using the BASIC monthly package and have 19 days left, you want to upgrade to the PRO monthly package, then you will only have to pay 200,000 VND, or 10$ and the old 19 days will be exchanged for 9 new days of PRO package.
Note:
If you need to downgrade to a lower package, you need to use up all the time on your current package and then choose to purchase a new package.
Upgrading the package does not apply when you buy the same package. For example: you are using the Basic package with 15 days left, you buy the Basic package for 1 year, you will pay 600k or 30$, the system will add 360 days, and the number of days displayed on the tool is 375 days.
