To start using, you need to register/login, then install the Extension into your browser (only need to install once), specifically:
Go to webapp or child product (e.g , , , etc), in the upper right corner click this button and register/login with your Google account.
A. Click to download the Extension at this button
B. On Chrome browser, in the upper right corner select 1. Three dots -> 2. Extensions -> 3. Manage extensions
C. Turn on Developer Mode in the upper right corner
D. Drag and drop the downloaded file into the middle as shown below (Or you can unzip the downloaded file, click Download unzipped utility -> select the unzipped file). Note: When installing, you may see the utility reporting a red error, you do not need to care about this error but perform the next step.
Chromium-based Browsers
Open a new tab for facebook.
In fbtool tab, refresh the page (F5), the tool will automatically recognize your facebook account. You can close the facebook tab during use.
When the fbtool page has displayed the list of Groups and Facebook account, try posting a post to a group to check. If posting fails, perform the following steps to reset the tool:
Close all facebook tabs
Click on the Reset Cookies button (next to the Download button at the top of the page)
Wait for fbtool to refresh and try again
(Optional) delete facebook data/cookies (will need to log into facebook again later):
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, select More More and then Settings Settings.
Select Privacy and security and then Third-party cookies.
Select See all site data and permissions.
At the top right, search for the website's name.
To the right of the site, select Delete Remove.
To confirm, select Delete.
(Optional) reset your home or business network modem by turning it off for 10-15 seconds and then turning it back on (in case your IP has been blacklisted by Facebook)
(Optional) restart computer
You can switch between Page and Personal Page, or log in to another Facebook account. Every time you do that, just refresh the fbtool page, the tool will automatically recognize it.

Open a new tab for tiktok.com and log in to your account.
In the toptoptool tab, refresh the page (F5), the tool will automatically recognize your account.
When the toptoptool page has finished reloading (within 5-15s to get all the necessary information), try using the follow or view profile feature to check its functionality. If not successful, perform the reset tool steps as follows:
turn off all tiktok tabs
Press F5, wait for toptoptool to refresh and try again.
Open a new tab for gmail.
Via gmail tab, refresh the page (F5), the tool will automatically recognize your Google account. If you want to use multiple gmail accounts, please log in with the same current Chrome Profile.
When the mailingtool page has finished reloading (within 5-15s), the interface will display a list of Mailbox Addresses, try sending an email to test. If sending fails, perform the reset tool steps as follows:
turn off all gmail tabs
Press F5 to wait for mailingtool to refresh and try again
Each Zalo Account needs to be signed in by 1 separated Chrome Profile. For example, Zalo A is signed in with Chrome Profile 1, Zalo B is signed in with Chrome Profile 2, and so on.
Pin 1man.io extension so it's visible in the Chrome browser navigation bar. You need to repeat this step for every Chrome Browser for each Zalo Account you want to link.
Sync Zalo Account with ZaloTool
After signed in Zalo Web, click on 1man extension so that the form will popup
Type in the gmail address you used to register and paid for in ZaloTool (for example: [email protected])
Click Submit button and
Wait for the extension to get the necessary data of your Zalo Account
If success, message will be displayed here
Check your sync'd account in ZaloTool GUI at . You're able to use ZaloTool after this point
